Dr. ANURADHA PRATHAP

Consultant.

Anuradha leads customer discussions, manages operations and oversees all consulting projects. She continues to handle multiple roles in the areas of teaching, motherhood, entrepreneurship and research. This includes teaching assignments in the field of Psychology as Adjunct Assistant Professor, (University of Maryland University College, Europe), past involvement in a technology startup, research as a former Fulbright Doctoral and Professional Research Fellow (The Fulbright Program, State University of New York, Buffalo, NY) and assignments as a Faculty member at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.

DR. GANGAN PRATHAP

Chairman, Mentor and Advisor.

Gangan’s research in the area of information science, scientometrics and bibliometrics is the basis for the pioneering performance measures used within our consulting projects. His past experience in Academia (ranging from Aerospace Engineering, Structural Mechanics, Finite Elements to Information Science) together with his roles in the management of research projects, leadership of institutions (including Vice Chancellorship of Cochin University (CUSAT) and Directorship of NISCAIR) and the handling of Human Resource Development for large multi-unit organisations bring theory and practice together.
